Return & Refund Policy

At VJ Organic, we take great care to ensure that our Ayurvedic and natural skincare & haircare products reach you in perfect condition.
However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

As our products are personal care items, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at support@vnjorganic.com with your order details and a photo/video of the product condition.
Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or replacement, depending on your location and issue type.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Opened, used, or partially used products
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or offers (unless damaged/defective)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI, after verification.

4. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong product or wish to exchange a damaged item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with valid proof of issue.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.
