At VJ Organic, we aim to deliver your favorite Ayurvedic and natural beauty products to you quickly, safely, and efficiently. Our goal is to ensure a smooth shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it reaches your doorstep.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on courier service availability or unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with an additional handling fee (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and courier link via email or SMS.
You can track your shipment in real time to stay updated on your delivery status.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

In rare cases where delivery is delayed or fails due to reasons beyond our control (incorrect address, unavailability, or courier issues), our support team will reach out to resolve the issue.
If the package is returned to us, we can re-dispatch or refund as per your preference.

6. International Shipping

Currently, VJ Organic ships only within India.
We are working to expand our delivery network to international locations soon.
